Hello
In our initial meeting, we will chat about your unique situation and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. We will also discuss our philosophy and approach, how the billing and scheduling works, go over what a typical telehealth session looks like, as well as answer any additional questions you may have.
We'll Be There For You
Throughout the entire process, Your therapist's role is to gently guide and listen as you uncover and explore your deeper self. They will also give unbiased, professional recommendations to provide you with the tools, resources, and strategies that you can use to best attain your goals while affording each of you the respect, privacy, and consideration you deserve.
Goal Setting
Once a relationship is established we can begin working on setting some concrete goals to help get you where you want to be. Here we clarify what you would like to accomplish in therapy, whether it's feeling less anxious and more serene, feeling more hopeful, or manifesting some kind of behavior change.
Slow Breath
You are about to embark on a journey and it is important to remember that therapy is a process, not an event. Everyone will travel at a different pace and that's ok. Take a slow breath and remember that you are allowed to feel however you need to feel in this moment. Every person has their own unique experience and perspective.
What We Do
Therapy provides a space to explore and process your emotions. To challenge negative thoughts and old beliefs. To work on past traumas. To reflect on past experiences and understand how they might be impacting you today. To gain insight develop tools to remove barriers and move forward.
